"We are glad to present this letter of recommendation of JDC Associates, Inc. of 2798 South Morgantown Road, Greenwood, Indiana as General Contractors. We hired JDC Associates to build our 18,900 sq. ft. Family Life Center (FLC) on October 16, 1995. It was completed on June 1, 1996 on schedule.

Our FLC was designed as a multi-use facility which includes a full-size gymnasium, 17 classrooms, a Fire-side Conference room, a double-size kitchen, restroom facilities, and storage rooms.

JDC personnel were always pleasant and enjoyable to work with. They were always accessible and you could reach them in a timely manner. The quality of their work is excellent. They were able to complete this project on time, in spite of inclement weather conditions from December through March. Their administrative procedures were excellent. We especially appreciated their billing requests that were well documented.

Pastor Steve Perry and the 7 member Elder Board, along with our Church congregation, are highly pleased with our FLC. When it comes time to do more construction of facilities for our Church, JDC Associates will be the first General Contractors that we will contact."
